Early Days

Growing up in a small town in Montana, I was always interested in what was beyond the sky. The glistening stars made me so eager to stretch out into the edges of our universe. Although I was not able to do this exactly, I did have my fair share of experience in our solar system. With a dad who was a farmer and no mother, I planned on heading into the sky since I was just four.

Young Adult

When I was 13 years old, I graduated from my high school, going directly into admissions for the Space Force Academy. I graduated from the Space Force Academy four years later at the  very top of my class. As soon as I graduated, I majored in Astrophysics at Harvard University and started at 19 with NASA. Going into NASA I did not know what to expect, however it quickly became the most important part of my life.

Post-Astronaut

After 35 years of working for NASA, I realize it was my time to retire the space suit. Although I am still working for NASA by solving and creating equations, I am no longer going up yearly like I was. Outer Space is undoubtedly the most beautiful thing this world has to offer, and getting the chance to be the first man to explore a section of it was amazing.
